Kolt Communication's all-inclusive media training
program is designed to help executives, corporate communicators, organization
spokespeople, non-profit leaders and others communicate effectively to the
public through the media. Media training sessions are led by Chief Executive
Officer Robert Kolt, a veteran of the media, public relations and communications
industries. Kolt Communications has designed a state-of-the-art media training

Develop skills to communicate positively and learn to respond to a crisis as
you would to a fire, focusing on: prevention of problems, detection of
public relations hotspots, and extinguishing of a crisis by prioritizing
safety of employees and the public, gathering facts, logistical details,
leadership, communicating key messages, and performance and media
evaluation.
- Media Interview Techniques
Learn how to be a credible source to the media, to take control of a media
interview and to give reporters good quotes they'll use. Each training
session includes on-camera practice and expert critique of media interviews.
- Message Development Strategies
Learn how to develop communication themes and objectives, shape public
perception of controversial issues and deliver key persuasive messages.
- Speaking and Presentation Skills
Develop strategies for controlling presentation anxiety, nerves and energy.
Learn the importance of presentation preparation, content and delivery
style.
